Double Birthday

The longest time I was not able to come home is this - 9 months, being a work slave.

It's my sis' and mother's birthday. Nothing compares to the joy being with family again after many months being alone in the city and toiling like there's no tomorrow.

So, here we go sitting in a cottage by the beach enjoying the cool breeze and dining with my loveones. I enjoy the food and being with my niece and nephews. The fun playing with the kids is refreshing. It made me realize one thing upon seeing the angelic eyes on their smile - I was tough yet detached from the real world. I had confined to a world where's nothing more important than work and achievement itself.

It was not only a double party but a double celebration for me, be with my family and revive something in me - the real love of a family.
